This professional heat-shield film protects ABS and fibreglass bodywork from the heat coming off the exhaust, the headers and the engine. The outer aluminium-and-fibre layer reflects it and the inner layer insulates against what gets through, so the plastic cannot soften, distort, lose its paint or go dull.
It has a strong self-adhesive backing: cut it to size with scissors and press it onto the inside of the panel.
