If your model and year fall inside the range on the product page, yes. The moulds are taken against original panels for that range. Use the finder on the home page if you are not sure which range yours is in, or send us the model and year and we will tell you.
Close, but be realistic: this is aftermarket bodywork. Expect to ease one or two mounting holes and to trial-fit before final assembly. That is normal and is not a defect. What is not normal is a panel that will not line up at all — that is a conformity problem, and we replace it.
After. Always after. Once a set has been drilled, sanded or painted it can no longer go back under the 14-day right of withdrawal, and a fit complaint becomes very hard to settle. Offer everything up first, then paint.

Painted sets arrive sprayed, lacquered and ready to fit. Unpainted sets come in raw white with a smooth surface ready for primer, and are the right choice if you want your own scheme or a local painter you trust.
Close, not identical. Aftermarket paint is mixed to match the factory code, but a bike that has spent seasons in the sun has moved away from that code itself. If you are replacing one panel on an otherwise original bike, tell us — sometimes unpainted plus a local respray is the better answer.
Yes. Send us a photo or a link on the custom page and we quote within a working day. Note that custom-painted sets carry no right of withdrawal, because they are made to your specification — we say so again in the quote before anything is sprayed.
By card, in full, at the time of ordering. We do not take deposits and do not offer cash on delivery. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.
Because the goods are dispatched from outside the European Union, so there is no EU sale for us to charge VAT on. The tax is collected instead at your own border: your country charges import VAT and customs duty when the parcel arrives, and the carrier collects both from you before handing it over. This is not a discount — the Import charges page gives the rate for your country and what it comes to on a typical set.
No — the price is the same for everyone, because we charge no VAT at all: the tax on your order is the import VAT your own customs collects. Enter your VAT number anyway; we validate it and put it on the invoice and the customs paperwork, and in most countries the import VAT you pay is recoverable through your normal return.
Yes, and you should budget for it. Your set ships from outside the European Union, so it is imported into your country: the carrier collects your national import VAT, a small customs duty and its own handling fee before delivering. On a €700 set in the EU that is commonly €150–200. The import charges page gives the figures country by country.

A fairing set is a box about 85 × 55 × 55 cm. It is light but bulky, and carriers price bulk. We pass on what it actually costs rather than burying it in the product price. Two sets means two boxes and two carriage charges.
Yes. You get the carrier and tracking number by e-mail the day it ships, and you can look it up any time on the tracking page with your order number and e-mail.

Within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, if you are a consumer. You pay the return carriage; we refund everything you paid including the original delivery, within 14 days. Full detail on the returns page.
Photograph the parcel before opening it if the outside looks damaged, and send us the pictures the same day. With that photo a carrier claim takes days; without it, weeks. Then we replace the set.
You have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. For the first year, you do not have to prove the fault was there at delivery — it is presumed. We pay the return carriage on a genuine defect.
